Review on Lego Mini Figures 11 Gingerbread Man by Jerry Delic

Disappointed with misleading description. Seems to be used

Let me preface this review by saying that I am a longtime LEGO fan. Drawing I have been building LEGO for over 20 years. So I find this company's claim that the minifigure is new and that they just open the blind box to identify the character and then put it in a separate box to be very dishonest. The minifigure in question has been pre-assembled. Half the fun with LEGO is building it. So you took it off me right away. Of course, for most it doesn't matter. Typically, each LEGO minifigure blind pack contains an unassembled minifigure, an instruction booklet with a list of other minifigures in the series, and a display baseplate. There was no booklet, which is not critical. But there was no base. So if your description says everything is taken out of one package and put into another for shipping, it's just less NEW and more USED if the minifigure comes pre-assembled. I imagine this won't be a huge issue for most buyers of this item, but when I'm paying close to $20 for a minifigure, I expect it to come to me as it came from the store, albeit in different packaging . To attempt.

Pros
  • Easy setup
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
