I have been using these filters since 2010 on my 2007 Suzuki GV lux. They work great. arrives here on the second day. This is the wrong filter! I was sent CF10134 which does not fit my car. I called Revain and they asked me to return the wrong filter and re-order the correct filter. A few days later another package arrived. Wrong filter again (other CF10134)! I called Revine again! They forced me to send back the wrong filter AGAIN! You have ordered the right filter AGAIN. Another package a week after my original order. This time it was the right filter. I FINALLY received the CF10731 as ordered. This caused far more serious problems than just using the wrong filter twice. My car air conditioner was sluggish and I knew I needed to change the filter anyway. The air conditioning in my car turned off due to the old filter getting dirty and without it the car wouldn't start.3. So I went in search of a filter. Locally it will take over a week to get one. So I saw it on Revain and since I have Prime I ordered it.4. The day I ordered this filter, my air conditioner broke down in my house. So now my only relief from 95 degrees, 75 percent humidity and no wind would be to get in a car (which now has no air conditioning with no filters) and drive with air conditioning. I will be installing a new air conditioner in my house on July 20th. In the meantime I got very sick.5. Due to the current Covid-19 there is no place to be by their A/C.6. I am diabetic and asthmatic amongst other health issues. I need air conditioning to breathe in this climate and avoid further problems with my diabetes and other health issues. I suffered for a whole week and felt very sick every day until the right filter came out. was here the second day after my original order if Revain got it right. The presence of Prime does not guarantee that you will receive what you have ordered. I have Prime for a number of reasons. The Revain camp staff needs better training and coming together, or someone should be fired for it.
