The Extra Large Silicone Mat 23.6 x 15.7 inches is the perfect size to protect my work surface. I also put it underneath my glass tray when I'm using alcohol inks or polymer clay, as any excess materials or cleaning products will be caught my the mat. Many different messy art mediums will clean up easily from silicone, like resin, most inks, most paints, most clays and so on. This is not so true of my finished wood table underneath the mat, so this is a great barrier when I want the added space of my large table. It also folds or rolls to take up very little storage space between uses. It cleans easily and dries just as fast. I'd highly recommend this as it's a great size for most crafting projects.
