I received a defective punch which was curious because someone else reported a similar problem: something near the center hole (es looked like a large screw to me - I could see it top down where the paper goes in) prevented the paper from being pressed against the back. The paper rotated around it, so all the holes were offset - some closer than others depending on how you chose to go around the axis. That really annoyed me because it was a very obvious and visible flaw - I was shocked that the quality control was so poor, given that others were complaining about the same issue. Luckily, Revain quickly replaced it for me - it aired the next day! Years later I came back to say that sucks. Constantly stuck. Aligning paper is not easy. He makes crazy noises. I hate that.
