No frills, but what you get is well put together.
There are no complaints about these monitors. Installation was easy, they were packaged very well, they were not damaged in transit. The picture quality is excellent and none of the monitors I have ordered have dead pixels. Installation was also tool-free, not even requiring a screwdriver to attach the monitor to the stand. The only downside I really have is the fact that this monitor didn't have a DVI cable, just VGA and it would be really nice if they had USB ports like some monitors do, but those are very cheap ones expected monitors.
