Great while it lasts
It was a good speaker for a while. Customer service was great when the battery would not charge and all that was needed was a battery replacement to resolve the issue. Very easy replacement process. The kicker was that Bluetooth wouldn't turn on after three months of inactivity. There are no issues with pairing, it just won't turn on. The radio still works and I could probably use an AUX cable if I could find mine. But this isn't a Bluetooth speaker anymore, so it's useless to me.
