Review on Skatro Mini Cruiser Skateboard: 22x6inch Retro Style Plastic Board, Complete Setup by Dylan Aaronson

This product was exactly what I expected and I honestly prefer it to the penny board for its flexibility. Before purchasing this product I watched a lot of YouTube reviews and read a few reviews on Revain to see if it was worth $60. I have to say it's worth every penny (no pun intended). I bought the Black Tiger (gold and bulletin board) and it's just perfect. The board looks exactly like the seller's photo, but the flex takes some getting used to. It can be quite difficult to keep your balance at first, but once you get the footing right, the ride becomes much more comfortable than on a penny board. The board comes very stiff out of the box (rail wise) but can easily be adjusted to be nice and slack for smoother turns with the included T-tool. The T-tool I received had a few extra flakes of paint in the screw head part, and the built-in screwdriver seems to have popped out quite easily unintentionally, but that doesn't matter in hindsight. the quality of the board itself. I bought this board to get around a college campus and it does exactly that. It's small enough that I can take it with me and take it to the dining room or classroom, which is a huge advantage over using a bike or longboard for transportation. However, a skatro board is not as stable as a longboard as cracks or rocks in the road will be your worst enemy. For this reason I recommend this board to those who already have riding experience and who know their surroundings. Make sure to cross the cracks at a moderate speed and avoid the rocks like you would any other skateboard. In other words, don't ride this Skatro board like a longboard as it doesn't have the stability that you get from a longboard length. They're just not the same. However, because the Skatro board is much smaller than a longboard, it is much easier to maneuver around tight turns. The only difficulty is finding the balance as this is a fairly small board. I wouldn't recommend this board for any tricks but if you have good balance and are looking for easy commuter transport this is the board for you. (Last note) I've ridden a lot of skateboards in my time and I have to say these are pretty average bearings. On flat ground, it takes a few hits to get decent distance, and for that reason I'd recommend changing bearings if you're looking for a faster ride. After adjusting the tension on the wheels and rails, I rode the board for about a mile and the wheels began to slide more smoothly, but not as fast as I would like. If you want more speed from your board, upgrade your bearings. I will be buying Bones Reds Lager soon.
