Review on Utopia Bedding Protector Breathable Waterproof by Tyra Simpson

TPU is a thermoplastic polyurethane that is known as the link between rubber and plastic. It's similar to rubber, which means it can be extremely flexible, durable, and smooth. This is the layer underneath the mattress. The top is very soft and feels comfortable. So far it's quiet, no sound. I didn't understand what TPU was until I got it and was disappointed when I saw that the bottom layer looked and felt like vinyl. I checked the label and it doesn't matter, and neither does the packaging. They tell you in the description that it uses TPU. But if you don't look at the value, it reads like there's no plastic or vinyl-like material. Although I was disappointed when I saw it. I was surprised that it is quiet and gentle. I'm sure it's waterproof and will get the job done. And I'm happy to say that so far I'm glad we bought it. That surprised me. I'll update if noise becomes an issue. Or if you feel like sleeping on plastic. To update. I can say with confidence that it is waterproof. Did a great job!
