If you have time before getting a tattoo, DO IT FIRST.
To be honest I can probably be called some kind of grooming expert as I have accumulated over 20 tattoos over the years. The use of oils, especially for fresh work, puts much less strain on the skin than creams or pastes. This item is very good for healing and "cooling" fresh work and can/should be used for a few weeks afterwards to ensure tattoos heal properly. I am VERY glad I found this product.
