Review on Cerasis Rater TMS by Jack Herrera

It allows us to send messages for different routes, manage shipments from multiple carriers with ease, and provide feedback about goods received by customers. There are some features that need improvement like automatic route selection, faster loading time and better integration with other software applications. I recommend this product because it helps me track shipments easily and efficiently. We can now monitor shipments all over India as well as ship them globally using one platform. Also, we receive live updates regarding status of shipment which greatly increases customer satisfaction. It's easy to use, has all of the features we need for shipment tracking (manual or automatic), and it syncs with other software from JDA so that changes made elsewhere are reflected here as well. There isn't much I don't like about this product - maybe more options would be nice when adding new shipments? We've been very happy with its ease of use, speed at which we can see where every package is along the way, and how quickly we receive updates once something goes wrong with a delivery.
