I'm 54 years old 5'10 and 184 pounds just to give you an idea of what I work with. I ordered a large one. I usually take a medium size and it was a bit large on top, but being in my 50's I tend to gain weight rather than lose weight so I buy clothes in a larger size. I bought this because the material has sun protection and it saves me time applying sunscreen. I wanted something cute that I could just put on and go. I think that fits the picture. I will say that the material shows every bump. For younger people this would be good as you can be in better shape. If you are a person who is uneven in places, then you definitely need simple clothes. Since this happens to me a lot these days, it doesn't bother me. But if you don't like wearing extra shapewear, you can go up a size or look for something else.
