I have an Ender 3 V2 with board 4.2.2 with the latest Jyers UI firmware. I used to use the manual grid method to have a fully calibrated bed, but it was a tedious process and I chose the Bl-Touch V3.1. After installation everything was better (no more manual settings). Now I bought the CR Touch because I wanted to compare my current setup with the Bl Touch. The first impression is really good, the product comes in a nice and sturdy packaging. which protects the contents (Important!, Bl touch comes in a thin foam protected plastic bag). The package includes everything you need to set up the hardware. Since I already had the Bl Touch installed, all I had to do was change the probe. The attachment mechanism is simple but works very well (very clean install). It was a bit unclear how to attach the probe to the mounting part, as the screws have to be inserted from the bottom up (the instructions didn't help with this part). I used the previous cable from my Bl touch as it was already installed and connected to the motherboard. But the cable that comes with the CR Touch is much better, it's ready to use right out of the box. With the Bl Touch Kit, I had to solder a JST-XH 5-pin connector to the end because I didn't want any problems with the included pins. I've done some bed-level testing with both sensors and can say that the CR Touch seems to be more accurate and consistent. All in all, if you have an Ender series 3D printer, just get the CR Touch and don't bother with the setup process by soldering wires like I did. noticed that the CR sensor makes vibrating noise when moving the X axis, since the probe is all metal I think it vibrates and makes noise, no need to worry, but the BL sensor was absolutely silent (because everything is made of plastic). .
