Incredibly strong

This is a ram mount. It's big, strong and it works. I bought a new boat and wanted to run HDS on console and bow. I build my own boats and do all the mechanics myself. I did the installation for a boat dealer who wanted me to use other brands of swivel mounts to save money. In my opinion they suck. Nothing compares to an Aries. On my pontoon I used a 1 inch ball joint as it doesn't need a bump. On my fishing boat I used a large 2.25mm ball mount to hold the HDS in place. It works and works well. Highly recommended.
