Initially, I liked this case very much. However, after 6.5 months the connection for the charging cable went bad and I can no longer charge the case reliably (it sometimes works if I move the charger plug to a certain position, but that doesn’t last). I have to remove my iphone and charge it separately. First battery iphone pack that I have had with this problem. NOT recommended.Update: Shortly after I wrote this review, the battery failed to charge at all and the lights on the back of the case just flash when I try to charge it. Just a totally defective case. Avoid!UPDATE: Shortly after I wrote this review, the seller contacted me, apologized, and offered to refund my money or replace the item. Based on the seller's willingness to stand by the product and provide caring customer service, I have upgraded the rating correspondingly.
