There are no instructions or the ability to contact the manufacturer.
The bag was ripped open before we opened it. There was no manual for the game although we can find it on the web. There are no instructions for assembling the bars. We haven't used it yet as we live in a very northern climate. The racquets seem fine but the net looks weak. There is no way to get any information from the company as I can't even find it online. We were desperate for a set this year as they couldn't be found last summer. Too bad we didn't wait to buy it on the spot.
