Review on Diamond MMA Compression Performance Built by Joe Kokenge

I bought the Diamond MMA shorts and guard in the small size and it was the best groin guard I have ever used. Due to a lack of desire to wash the shorts between each BJJ class, I wanted another pair. I'm 5'9", 150 pounds, lean muscle, 30" waist. Little ones are really snuggly, but this positions the mug perfectly. Tried medium with them and they aren't that dense so the cup moves differently. I had no problems sparring, but comfort wasn't as good as the smaller size. If you're next in line for size, I'd recommend going down.
