Review on Hallmark Industries MA0343X 4 Submersible Stainless by Fernando Wolford

I bought a pump with the same part number 7 years ago and used it to pump lake water from the end of my dock to my irrigation system. The new pump has some differences from the old pump and I hope it will last longer. The old pump was rated at 20 gpm, now it's 25 gpm. It's chained to a crossbar at the end of my dock and goes to a standard pressure control system with check valve, pressure switch and tank. Right now the new pump is just as powerful as the old pump and can handle 6 full flow sprinkler heads at the same time at 55psi. The old pump failed after 7 seasons due to a starting capacitor or an internal switch failure. The shaft spun freely but drew more than 20 amps. Also, my GFI has been working consistently on this circuit. Although the pump is a great price compared to over $350 for a store-bought pump, consider the shorter lifespan and the requirements you'll need to replace it. If the dock hangs, I can easily replace it.
