What a lovely find! This is the cutest and most convenient purchase I have ever found! :) It was gift wrapped (just wrap the box in gift paper and ta-da! Done!) The keyboard itself has some weight and in my case it was charged. ready to go, to my surprise it's magnetized so you can place it where you want. Connecting the keyboard to my iPad was very easy! And for those of you planning on getting this because of the RGB backlight, JUST GET IT. Now for the case I have to say it's a bit flimsy and when it's closed it leaves a little gap. But if you keep your iPad on your desk or carry it in your backpack, I don't see a problem. (At least for now) EDIT. The only problem I found is that it dies fairly quickly, even on a full charge it lasts about 3 days, less if used continuously like during a lecture. :/
