There was nothing wrong with the pressure gauge. But if like me you want to use this on a sailboat, be aware that there isn't enough glue on the item to hold it in place. Mine fell off after a few weeks. He was exposed to nothing but the morning dew and maybe a little jolt. I have to add my own velcro or other closure to make it work. It's also quite small, but the measurements are stated on the product, so there's nothing against the product in that regard. I just noted that those who need to see from more than a few feet away or plan to mount it at a non-standard viewing angle (close to the deck like me) might consider a larger model.
