Benefits: This is a well-ventilated, lightweight, sweat-wicking hat that protects your head and eyes from the sun. The adjustment strap is neatly hidden; Adjustments are easy enough to make, and a plastic adjustment clip keeps the strap securely in place. Disadvantages: a very small. This hat is advertised to fit a one size fits all; but not necessarily universal. This cap seems to contribute to a bigger and hairier head. As I have a small head with follicle problems I wear a size 7 hat so I have to adjust the strap on this hat back enough that the back of the hat creases a lot. At my age I don't need anything to hide behind my back. Regardless, I would still recommend this cap to anyone looking for a cap so comfortable you'll probably forget you're wearing it.
