I liked this keyboard right away - almost everything about it is great. except that the usual PC keyboard shortcuts (like ctrl-c and ctrl-v) don't work at all. I rely heavily on these keyboard shortcuts in my work, which makes this really good keyboard almost useless for me. Either the one I received is defective or PC keyboard shortcuts don't work on this keyboard. Unfortunately I will be sending it back. I wonder what the ctrl key does? EDIT 8/18/20: Customer service for this was great, they tried to help me. I have increased the number of stars in this review to reflect the quality of customer service I received. Unfortunately, Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V still don't work. As suggested in one of the comments on this review, I've tried using cmd+c or +v as if it were a Mac, but that doesn't work either. I feel this keyboard should perform as one would expect from using a PC. I would advise you to improve your design and make this change.
