I like how easy it was for me as well as my team members, including our customers; everyone gets updated with all relevant information in one simple platform so we are always aware when things change! Nothing really dislike about this product but maybe more features would have been nice (such as adding notes etc.) This tool has helped us provide better customer service since we now know what's important from them before they call/email asking questions - which means less time wasted by us trying not only find answers but also educating people who just want something done right away without thinking through their problems first! The best thing about this product is it's ease of use, I was able to get my customers information within minutes.

It also has great filtering capabilities which makes searching for specific customer info easy. Also being able to pull in social media accounts such as Facebook and Twitter makes finding new leads easier than ever! There are some minor bugs here and there but nothing majorly wrong with the program. This is a very handy tool when trying to find out more information on potential clients.
