More power and mpg and great tortier sound from my Flow Master exhaust.

I have a 2017 V6 4.3L Silverado. I've noticed that it gets about 21mpg city, likely it'll be about 24mpg or more on the highway before the filter. I rarely take the freeway to work, so I can't be sure. But I installed a custom 3" exhaust pipe with a Flowmaster muffler that advised me not to remove the flex pipe and valve spring because of the rumble after the third cat. I also have a trunk lid which gave me about 1mpg and the k and n exhaust pre-filter gave me about 0.5mpg probably due to the reduced back pressure and weight. After installing it I immediately noticed better response in my lower rpm range and it can now pull faster in 4 cylinder mode allowing me to put much longer hypermiles on it. I highly recommend this type of setup for this truck because now I can easily get 22-24 mpg on a hyper mile around town if I'm not hitting a lot of headlights. The performance and the sound are amazing! I'm so glad I didn't invest in illegal aftermarket receptions, just used stock. I like this truck for only 20 grand.
