I love this pot! I bought the 5.5 liter size and it's the perfect size. I was a little worried it might be too heavy with the water and paste, but it's not. I gave him a pasta test, I cooked my fusilli (spiral pasta) and they came out perfect, nothing stuck to the bottom or sides. I wasn't sure if I wanted to drain it right out of the pan since I always rinse my pasta. It turns out that after filtering it is enough to rinse and rinse again. I love that I can put it in the oven and melt the cheese layer on top if I want! Where has it been all my life!?
