The incense burner itself is very nice, especially with the backflow of smoke. Mine worked great, although the cone was halfway down before the smoke ran all the way down, so it didn't take long. Unfortunately, incense is terrible. They're supposed to make 7 flavors, but there are only 5 colors and no labels, so you never know which ones you'll burn. Also, the second smell I was burning gave me a horrible reaction (coughing, sneezing, burning eyes). I had to open the window it was so bad and it was cold outside. I woke up still coughing a bit and my house smelled really bad, almost like burnt plastic. That's hours later. There were no instructions on what the plastic funnel was for (it would melt if you put a flaming cone on top of it), what the tweezers were for, where the incense stick went, and the extra little plant thing. It's pretty obvious where this is headed, but why not just build it into the actual burner? It's pretty enough and works well enough that I would consider keeping it and buying better quality incense cones, but honestly, the hassle of finding one that works with reflux and just spending more money just to get it, quite too to mention the poor response to it low quality incense, that made me come back for a refund.
