Works well with a heavy mirror. Installation Trick
4 clamps below and 4 above hold a fairly heavy mirror (5 feet long and 2-1/2 feet high) that hangs beautifully on our bathroom wall. I took pains to attach each to a stud, and also used longer screws than were included. The included 1" screws are a bit ridiculous for a mirror this size, but the clamps are solid. They don't come with instructions. The trick to installation is to carefully measure the clamps and tighten them a little. Then insert the mirror into the top spring clips and push the mirror up so the mirror lifts each of the spring clips just enough for the bottom of the mirror to release the bottom locking clips and then the mirror is pushed up. attach firmly to the lower clips.
