quiet and cool for heating, cooling and air quality

My husband's office is the hottest room in the house, so I installed this small desktop air conditioner and tower fan to keep it cool while studying keep . We haven't filled it with cool water yet, but it blows cool enough air on its own. He's also pretty calm.
