Very easy to assemble. Came with very clear assembly instructions (useful but not really necessary). The product is very durable and well made, with no rough edges, poorly finished or poorly fitted parts. I bought clear acrylic and am very happy with its neutral appearance. It's big enough to hang chains up to 18 inches and I have longer double loop chains. I like the tray for storing large charms or pins. Too bad I didn't find it years ago! I thought it was a good buy at $13.97 and I would definitely recommend it for any age group.
