Very easy to install. Has 30 hooks for hanging necklaces. The hooks are wide enough for different widths. They are also long enough to hang more than one necklace on one hook if needed. The stand is long enough that only my two longest necklaces touch the floor. If you have a lot of very long necklaces, you may need a different necklace holder. This is a clear plastic necklace holder; What can I say? It is suitable for necklaces as long as they are not too long (maximum length is around 30cm including all pendants/embellishments). Note that a 12 inch necklace is folded in half (i.e. half the chain on each side of the loop). So for a 24 inch necklace this will only work if it is the full length of the chain. from end to end. Loved how easy it was to put together BUT. The bottom is not fixed, it wobbles on both holders I bought. I read the instructions and did exactly what they said so I'm confused. I love that the top snaps into place when you attach it so you know everything is ok. I lined up the grooves on the bottom but I can't seem to get it to stay secure.
