We share our wonderful experience after 5 months of using this product

The metal rod on the tray came off and not only cut my rabbit's paw but ripped off her nail completely. My kids panicked when they saw their rabbit was bleeding and in pain. I read a review or two about this happening to an older model and I ignored it because I thought this version was updated and I'm so sad my rabbit had to go through this pain. She is now on painkillers from the vet and we had to throw away both trays to ensure this never happens again. Note that this can happen to you too, it was a very scary accident with this product.
