Very disappointed. on quilt sets

I opened the vacuum sealed bag and waited for it to air out but I noticed that part of it was crumpled up. I tried to straighten it, but when I tugged it sounded like threads were snapping. There is no way to fix it as padding and balaclava are not sewn on properly; It's grouped on the outside, but inside you can feel every entanglement.
