Only the original starter kit. When the diffuser is used for the first time with the starter kit, it will NOT fill. but they have chosen to call each bottle of diffuser e-liquid REFILL for marketing purposes, so you will be confused. Back to Revain for the usual BS marketing tactics. Everything I buy from them contains some kind of lie or nonsense.
