Inexpensive compared to special forms for eye cleaning. But the same.

I had a bad problem with itchy eyes - woke up at night and had to wash them with moderate success, same thing in the morning but could itch all day. A nice shower worked but was hard to pull off in the middle of the night - and Oriole, like my wife, doesn't just put her face under the shower head - some sort of childhood makeup or something like that never worked for me. The ophthalmologist recommended washing with baby shampoo, but that didn't help either. So I've tried almost every product listed on Revain for itchy eyes. Some of these contained or were solutions of hydrochloric acid, and they seemed to work when applied to cotton pads like makeup pads (my wife told me what they were) and rubbed the eyes well. But the bottles were expensive and didn't last long. It's the same, a weak solution of hydrochloric acid (not hydrochloric acid!), but in a larger aerosol can and much cheaper. Strange, but it is not said that this is for washing the eyes. But it is so. I consulted with my ophthalmologist and he said this was the best solution - why this version is not marketed as an eye cleaner baffles me. I put 8-12 sprays on a cotton pad, wipe my eyes and voila. Also use the included moisturizing foaming cream - wish I knew the name but it's Ocu - something in a little foaming bottle. Safely fixed years of itchy eyes. Life is good. (I also got my second Covid-19 shot, so it might have something to do with my mood.)
