I learned about Chemex Coffee Brewer at my favorite Orlando coffee shop, Vespr. When they saw my fondness for pourover coffee, they insisted I try the Chemex. I fell in love and decided to buy it. Revine offered for "cheaper". I've had this product for about two weeks and it's amazing. The smoothest coffee I've ever brewed is this Chemex coffee maker with an amazing paper filter. Not only is it smooth, it has no ground coffee and a real coffee flavor. You can clearly taste the region it's made from (of course, if you know about coffee beans and their regions; be sure to buy fresh coffee beans!). It comes out a little less bitter than regular pour-overs, but trust me, it retains its coffee flavor! If you are a coffee fan, you will love Chemex. Chemex has now added to my collection of home coffee makers and is probably my favorite way of brewing coffee. Note: I usually drink coffee without cream, sugar or milk. Unless it's espresso.
