The processor is not for top games and not for an enterprise server, but for an office worker, engineer, accountant, writer, photographer, etc., as well as for a home server, it is very good. Cold (which means you don't need a noisy cooler and doesn't create stuffiness in small rooms), there are few cores, but each individually is fast enough, if you don't need the simultaneous operation of many (instances) of programs - very smart. Well, the price is very democratic.
