Size 9 of this ring necklace fits me perfectly, but when I resized my real ring to a 9, it became very tight. So my humble suggestion is to add a size or 1.5 more than you find the perfect size in this toolbox. The original review: The sizing guide is very accurate as is the ring itself. I bought an engagement ring from a seemingly good European brand for a few thousand dollars. However, after wearing it for a few days, the ring seems too big. Brand, sad or arrogant, only offers free resizing once, and does not offer replacement, as each ring is engraved with a unique serial number so this time I need to make sure I get the correct measurement. Then I found this set. The measurement of my current ring size is very accurate. Because my current ring (I think most rings we actually wear) is wider than the trial rings attached to the chain, the center of my current ring is right on the tick whether in US or European units. However, when I put the sample ring on the rod, the tick shows either the bottom or the top of the sample ring. My current ring is a 10 and I have measured samples of rings 9.5, 9, 8.5 and 8. For those who buy this set, please know their finger size to buy rings take into account this subtle difference ie the ring samples appear to be minus or plus 0.5mm than the branded rings you will actually receive if the center line is what all branded rings use to measure their size.
