Review on 🕗 Nylon Release Watch Straps by Archer by Katie Harris

I bought this strap to try on my Zelos DMT as an alternative to the traditional NATO which adds extra thickness. The DMT is a very thick watch and I was hoping it would give me a premium NATO experience in a two piece design. And it's ALMOST true. Here are my quick thoughts: 1. Materials and Construction: This harness is very well made. The hardware is neatly stitched, and the quick-release pins are a nice addition that make changing the strap quick and easy. The material is soft and very comfortable, and the color shown in the photos is quite realistic. It's a lovely rich blue that pairs beautifully with a subtle hint of green depending on the lighting. Very good. The double shields are also well made. There is not a single faulty thread or misalignment on the strap.2. Hardware: The hardware on this strap is good. I would have preferred a matte finish to a polished one, but it's very well made and drilled so it can be removed and replaced with the signature buckle if you decide to go that route. It's signed on the bottom which is good to minimize branding but their logo is nice so I think they could get away with signing the front of the buckle if they wanted to.3. Fits: This strap fits well but could be better. The band is double layered which makes it very strong but very thick. The NATO seat belt is usually quite soft and pliable. It has a soft part down but no flexible part. The strap is hard and a bit uncomfortable. I'm sure it will snap, but NATO straps are known for being instantly flexible and comfortable, and this one misses the mark a little because it's so thick. I really don't see a reason for the extra thickness, so I'd like to see them offer a potentially "thin" version in the future for those who prefer a thinner strap. Overall I like this belt. worth the price of the ticket. I just think it needs a little less thickness to be perfect.
