I'm 6ft 2in and 224in tall for a runner. I have a 36 inch waist and size XL fits me. I wouldn't mind using these shorts for running as well. light weight and matching inner lining. They have two zippered side pockets and a zippered back pocket that fits my iphone 6 while I run. They are not too short and not too long and feel great. They also hold up well to washing. Note that they are below the knee. So if you need longer shorts, look elsewhere. I'll let you know if I run into any problems, but so far this is promising.
