As a woman going through the menopause I was looking for some kind of help or cure for my symptoms. I tried a few pills and creams and then discovered that low DHEA levels contribute to menopausal symptoms so I decided to give it a try. I use this with another Smokey Mountains product, Estro-Life, and it has helped a lot. Sleep, mood swings, irritability and even extremely painful sex have been greatly reduced. I'm only 5ft 4in and 100lbs so the 50mg pills are fine for me but there are other pills in the 25mg to 100mg range. I've only been taking it for two weeks so I'm hoping that over time it will bring me back to my premenopausal self. Now if only there was a cure for my husband's male menopause. :)
