Review on AO200 Amplifier Bluetooth MA12070×2 150W×150W by George Halbohm

An absolutely fantastic amplifier that can easily power even relatively inefficient speakers. Don't be put off by its Class D or "Made in China" pedigree - this unit is subjectively better than the vast majority of "cheap audiophile" units in the sub-$1500 range. Its sonic presentation is what I would describe as clean, crisp and extremely resolving, with tactile body and punch. While adjustments can be made with the onboard EQ settings, I find "straight" (completely flat) and "SDB" (basically like a classic "loud" bounce) the most satisfying. Both balanced and unbalanced (!) inputs are absolutely noise-free, even with a connected phono stage. Haven't tried the USB input yet, but Bluetooth is surprisingly attractive and just as good as any 3rd party Bluetooth module (iFi/Andover/Cambridge/etc). Price.
