Review on 🏎️ Fun-Filled Fisher Price Little People Launch Raceway for Kids by Frank Harwood

Update: We finally got a replacement part from Fisher Price, but it bent too much and went off track within a few hours. Although the toy is really fun. I do not recommend! Fisher Price has always been synonymous with quality and fun, and this playset is great fun! The problem is my 19 month old grandson isn't that strong on his feet yet, so he's grabbing the caterpillar (obviously not very strong) to steady himself and now it's constantly flexing. It does not remain connected to the rail to which it is attached. We only gave him two weeks but he doesn't live with us so they don't even play with the set very often. No big deal, right? I'll just ask Fisher Price to send me a replacement and hope it holds up better. Unfortunately I exchange a fourth email with them and they keep asking for information which I have already provided them in a form I filled out on their customer service website. And even though I've given them this information over and over again in every email, I'm still being asked for one more piece of information that I've already given them. So I really feel like I'm being hunted down here. I am very disappointed, this is NOT the Fisher Price my kids and I grew up with and I will think twice before buying from them again.
