Review on πŸ—‘οΈ Hefty Clear Recycling Trash Bags - 13 Gallon, 60 Count - Efficient Waste Management Solution by Alison Jackson

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Absolute crap: they tear instantly (even when only holding light clothes)

I bought them to help sort clothes before donating or storing them. Also, I was hoping they would be strong enough to store clothes in my locker for pest free storage, but they can't be used for that function. I used to use opaque/white regular Glad "ForceFlex" bin liners, but I wanted something transparent so I could easily see what was inside. stronger than these bags) once I put just a few clothes inside. I can't believe they are being sold as recycle bags! My recycling company doesn't accept plastic bags, but the weight of ANY item in my little trash can will NEVER support those bags! If you want to use it for recycling, use SOMETHING else. Ultimately, this product harms the environment just because it's empty junk. I live in a city with a plastic bag/reusable bag tax and I try to keep track of my waste in every area of my life so I know if I should double bag my garbage bags or throw them out because they are so flimsy, it is one whole lot of waste. I thought I could trust Glad bags but I was wrong. I am appalled that Glad could do something so untenable.

Pros
  • Paper and plastic
Cons
  • Very expensive
