It is very easy for customers who are used to other platforms, such as Salesforce or Marketo, where they have different features than others that I am familiar with like Pipedrive (which was my previous tool). The interface seems really basic compared to some competitors in our space but it works just fine if all you need from an integration standpoint is one simple view into another system. We've been able to move away from spreadsheets completely once we implemented Pipedrives integrations! Also being able to create workflows within the app makes managing campaigns much easier at scale. There isn't anything specific about Overio's service itself; however there were several things which made me hesitant when trying out their product initially. 1) Their pricing model seemed too high given how many connections/integrations do most people require 2) They didn't seem to offer any support beyond email during trial periods 3) Limited number of.
