The 3D printer was well packaged, the box is intact and there is plenty of foam to keep everything intact. Took about 45 minutes to set up the printer, I think I didn't keep track of the time, it can be done fairly quickly, but it did take me some time to clean and oil the linear rods, there may need to be something added are also the linear guides. While assembling this I found a lot of scuffs on various parts of the printer. There was a huge scratch on one of the heated bed panels that looked like it had been covered with a permanent marker. All linear connecting rod bearings have dents. Scratches were also found in the grooves of the baseline rods. The biggest problem is the deformed heated platform. The plates holding the heated platform probably should have been one piece with screw holes to apply pressure the other way to level it, or they should have come with some sort of automatic platform leveling solution. The only thing I can do now is level the bed closer to the center of the bed. I'm not sure if a sheet of glass would help, as the glass is flat it doesn't make good contact with the center of the bed where it matters and I'm planning on getting a spring steel sheet instead. The top plate where all the motors are attached is also warped, there is no photo but I measured it with a metal ruler the same as the bed. It curved in the Y direction and slightly in the X direction. The last issue I had was that the included bed leveling springs were too short for the bed to reach the nozzle so I had to replace them with the set, which I already had, this might be a bigger problem for those who don't already have a set of springs on hand if the bed doesn't reach the nozzle. I made a few prints that turned out great, but since the bed is very warped, the print quality isn't great for the first few layers.
