I like how easy it is to create bots using push technology, as well as integrate them into apps or websites.

There's also an SDK available if you want more control over your bot creation process than what they provide out of box (e.g., customizing responses). The customer support team could be better at responding quickly when something goes wrong but overall this product has been very reliable in our implementation so far! We're building several different types of business applications where we need customers/users who will interact frequently through multiple channels - including mobile messaging platforms such as WhatsApp & Facebook Messenger. A key benefit here was being able to build these capabilities directly within their respective messenger clients without having users download additional software from us first which would have caused friction since many people already use those messengers daily anyway.
