The BMP280 is an excellent barometric pressure sensor. This sensor is very accurate and the readings hardly fluctuate. I've used this and an Arduino microcontroller to measure height, and if you lift the sensor even half a foot, the sensor will accurately register the change in height. The temperature this sensor reads is very accurate - exactly 4 degrees Fahrenheit above the actual temperature :) I've read that the chip heats itself up to allow the sensor to function properly. Maybe that's why the temperature readings are slightly different.
