Love this coffee Heater, it gets hot enough for me at 130 degrees with a flat bottom standard ceramic coffee mug on the high 167 button. My wife uses a mug with a concave bottom and it gets to the temp she likes of around 115, again on the max button setting of 167. So make sure to use a flat bottom mug to get the max out of these. We may use the lower settings for tea in the future but so far just using the max setting. I have tried a few on ebay and this warmer is the best so far that i have found. I will probably be getting these for Christmas gifts. One last thing, you have to put a mug on it before it turns on. Then you can select the settings. And when you take the mug off, it turns off. There is no annoying beep like other models. And it does have a safety shutoff after i believe 4 hours.
