I ruined my first mouthguard from overheating. When I called the support phone number provided in the installation guide for this product, a doctor answered. He was very helpful and sent me a replacement for free! In the meantime I was able to properly heat and pour the second mouthguard included in the kit. I use a mouthguard to grind my teeth and I can sleep through the night without falling out or irritating my gums. The mouthguard is softer than other products I've seen and my teeth and jaw don't hurt when I wake up in the morning. I'm glad I found this product!
