I like that it can be used by everyone from small businesses to large corporations, as well as for individuals or even non-profits! It's easy enough anyone could learn how do work with this software (maybe not so much if you want more advanced features).
Sometimes there are some bugs; however they get solved quickly. Some of my clients have said "I didn't know what was going wrong" when using certain sections (like reviews section) but once we discussed their issues further - everything made sense!! They were able to fix those problems immediately after our discussion/training together.
