Bad design, insecure

I bought these skates for my grandson for Christmas. He loved her! HOWEVER, after only 4 months of ownership, the skates had serious problems. Left skate: Velcro has separated where opposing Velcros meet; separated and hanging by a thread. The plastic safety buckle will not snap into place. The right skate has a wheel, the middle one that wobbles. These skates will not live up to expectations in terms of fun or, most importantly, safety. Four months of ownership including the 'lockdown' due to the coronavirus when road access was restricted. Revain does not offer any means of doing this. We are very disappointed.
